Junior Accountant

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA part-qualified or newly qualified
• 1-2 years UK accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and tax regulations
• Experience with Making Tax Digital (MTD) for VAT
• Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
• Excellent understanding of HMRC filing requirements

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file VAT returns for UK clients
• Assist with year-end accounts preparation
• Process payroll and submit RTI reports to HMRC
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Support senior accountants with client work

Accounts Assistant

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Requirements:

• AAT qualified or studying towards qualification
• 6+ months UK accounting experience
• Basic understanding of UK tax system
• Strong attention to detail
• Good Excel skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and expenses
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Support with VAT return preparation
• Maintain client records
• Provide general accounting support
